REDA International, Inc. is a 100 percent woman-owned, professional services
firm which provides social science applied research, program evaluation, statistical analysis,
and development services. We provide these services to Federal, state, and local governments,
international development agencies, and a variety of commercial businesses. Our staff is highly
qualified in the areas of survey research, program evaluation, health, epidemiology, bio-statistics,
social services, education, social marketing, international development, and systems design.

Our Mission
A Message from the President


I founded REDA International, Inc. to fulfill a vision I have had for several years to build an organization that would meet two life-long goals. The first is to provide policy makers with quality research to guide them in their decision-making that has an impact on societal change domestically and internationally. We have all experienced the negative impact of policy founded on data collected in an unscientific manner and/or erroneously interpreted. The second is to create an environment where staff can be free to reach their ultimate potential regardless of their racial and ethnic backgrounds, or their religious beliefs.

Based on the technological and political developments in our world, we feel it is a must that REDA International, Inc. build a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural cadre of staff. My vision emanates from my background as a foreign-born individual, my education, my experiences, and my firm belief in the human potential. When our organization develops its staff fully and they in turn conduct quality research to guide policy and change, we would then have contributed to solving some of the consequential problems we experience nationally and internationally be they in health, education, social services, or international development.

Although REDA International, Inc. is a relatively young company, our staff are well-seasoned professionals. We bring to clients an aggregate experience of numerous years in health services research, evaluation research and program evaluation, survey design and survey management, health promotion and disease prevention, international development, biostatistics, and staff training. Our staff members have advanced degrees in Sociology, Biostatistics, Public Health, Health Services Research, Health Education, Social Work, Evaluation and Statistics, International Development, Computer Science and Engineering.

We present here an overview of REDA International, Inc., summarizing our resources, staff and consultants, and corporate experience.
