REDA News
Celebrate with Us

On August 13, 2011 we marked the beginning of our 20th year in business as REDA International, Inc.  From our humble beginnings in the basement at the home of the founder, we have expanded to our current suite of offices including a 25-station CATI center located in downtown Wheaton, MD. We are celebrating our growth and accomplishments over the years serving many Federal, State, and County government agencies, non-profits and other commercial clients in the areas of survey research, program evaluation, and performance measurement.  REDA has conducted quality research to guide policy and change for each of these clients while investing in the professional development of our people thus achieving two life long goals of our founder. We want to thank all of our partners for being with us on this amazing journey.

REDA International, Inc. was contracted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) to conduct an internal quality survey which inquired about the satisfaction of patent examiners with products and services provided by the Patent Corp. Furthermore, overall satisfaction with the internal factors at USPTO and the external factors at USPTO were examined. In conducting the survey, which will be done twice each year, REDA selects a representative sample of examiners, administers the survey (initial contact, reminders, and monitoring of the response rate), analyzes the data, and produces a report.

REDA International, Inc, was contracted to evaluate a training program (Warrior-Centric Healthcare Training Curriculum) being piloted at Walter Reed Medical Center. The program targets allied health personnel serving troops suffering from post traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injury. REDA staff are designing the evaluation instruments and conducting a focus group with participants.
